Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Assoc, HR Business Partner to join our dynamic Human Resources team. This fulltime role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including employee relations, talent management, performance management, and HR analytics. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and has a passion for human resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Employee Relations:
    • Assist in addressing employee inquiries and concerns.
    • Support the HR team in resolving employee issues and conflicts.
    • Participate in employee engagement initiatives and events.
  2. Talent Management:
    • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
    • Help coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
    • Support the development and implementation of training programs.
  3. Performance Management:
    • Assist in the administration of performance appraisal processes.
    • Help track and analyze performance metrics.
    • Support the creation of performance improvement plans.
  4. HR Analytics:
    • Assist in collecting and analyzing HR data to identify trends and insights.
    • Help prepare HR reports and presentations.
    • Support HR projects and initiatives with data-driven insights.
  5. General HR Support:
    • Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
    • Participate in HR team meetings and contribute ideas for improvement.
    • Assist in special projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Business Data Analytics or a related field.
  • Strong data analytics skills
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
