•    Develop a practical understanding of the technologies and products being documented; learn new technologies quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
•    Review documentation for style, design, layout, technical accuracy, completeness, and editorial quality.
•    Establish and maintain measurable documentation standards across the technical-writing team to promote accuracy, clarity, consistency, and quality.
•    Ensure adherence to documentation best practices and approved style guides, maintaining a consistent tone, structure, and format across all deliverables.
•    Manage assigned tasks, priorities, and information flow using collaboration and project-management tools, such as Jira and Confluence.
•    Proactively coordinate with development teams to ensure documentation is updated promptly to reflect equipment changes, enhancements, and revisions.
•    Stay current with technical-documentation standards, tools, and industry trends; recommend process improvements and new approaches that enhance documentation quality and efficiency.
•    Use advanced Excel capabilities—including formulas, functions, VBA, and macros—to support documentation tracking, analysis, reporting, or process automation, as required.
•    Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and manage complex projects.

•    Experience in training curriculum development
•    Understanding of Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
