Title:  Senior Manager, Supply Chain Operations and Material Management 1

Job Description: Sr Mgr, SC Operations and Material Management use their past experience in Supply Chain and/or Program or Product Management to lead a cross functional team to develop and standardize a robust Supply Chain Strategy process, and standardize execution activities for key programs across the IMS Segment. This role will be responsible for developing standard tools and KPIs that increase the impact and efficiency of the material program management team across the IMS Segment.

Essential Functions: This position will oversee the implementation, standardization and management of all Segment-level program management activities for all Supply Chain Operations within IMS, including the oversite of all Sectors, Divisions and Sites within the IMS Segment.  This position will be responsible for oversight and monitoring of all activities and ensuring the maintenance of Segment-Level and Sector-Level Policies, Procedures and Work Instructions to ensure compliance and standardization across the business. 

Qualifications: This position requires broad management and leadership knowledge to lead cross-department project teams or manage across the functions. Typically has mastery within a specific technical area or broad expertise across multiple related job areas. Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 12 years of prior related experience. Graduate Degree with a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of prior related experience. 

This position will utilize past experience in Supply Chain and/or Program Management to coordinate the implementation, standardization and management of all Segment-level Material Program Management activities under IMS Supply Chain, including the oversite of all Sectors, Divisions and Sites within the IMS Segment.  This position will be responsible for oversight and monitoring of all Policies and Procedures related to Material Program Management, as well as ensuring Sector collaboration to facilitate the transfer of knowledge of best practices and lessons learned to ensure sufficient tools and practices to monitor program cost, schedule and compliance with internal and external regulations with respect to materials and subcontracts.
