We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager, Cyber Intelligence to lead cybersecurity operations, system authorization activities, and industrial security practices across complex, security sensitive programs. This leader will oversee teams dedicated to protecting company technology, information systems, and national security information. The role requires advanced technical expertise, strong operational leadership, and the ability to influence and collaborate across enterprise and government customer environments.

Essential Functions:

• Develop and implement security controls, defenses, standards, and architectures for hardware, software, access, and encryption.
• Protect national security information from unauthorized access, exfiltration, modification, or disclosure.
• Lead development, coordination, maintenance, and execution of RMF authorization packages throughout the system lifecycle.
• Assess systems for deviations from approved configurations, baselines, enclave requirements, and government policies.
• Interpret and implement advanced knowledge of government cybersecurity requirements across RMF, NIST, CNSSI, JSIG, DoD, and other frameworks.
• Lead or support ST&E activities including planning, execution, analysis, and reporting.
• Prepare and maintain eMASS authorization documentation (SSPs, SARs, POA&Ms, risk assessments).
• Coordinate internal/external audits, inspections, reviews, and support responses to compliance findings.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, system changes, and proposed implementations for security and compliance impact.
• Establish and enhance control processes supporting risk mitigation, authorization readiness, and long-term sustainment.
• Communicate cybersecurity risks, compliance status, and requirements to technical and non technical stakeholders.
• Provide technical coaching and subject matter expertise to team members.
• Manage experienced cybersecurity professionals and teams led by supervisors or managers.
• Flexibility to adjust to changing requirements, schedules, and priorities.
• Ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree with 12+ years of relevant experience; Master’s Degree with 10+ years; or 16+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Current Security+ certification.
• Active Secret clearance

Preferred Additional Skills:

• Experience in cybersecurity, RMF, system authorization, information assurance, and continuous monitoring.
• Experience as an ISSO on classified systems under DAAG, NISPOM, ICD 503, and/or NIST 800 53.
• Experience developing, managing, and providing evidence for POA&M closure.
• Experience with DISA STIGs and SCAP Compliance Checker. ISSO/M experience with eMASS and DAAG environments.
• Experience with audit reduction tools such as Splunk.
• Experience working with Linux or Unix operating systems.
• Experience in military or DoD environments.
