Job Location: Plano, TX, Waco, TX or Palm Bay, FL

Job Schedule: 9/80; Every other Friday off

Job Description:

The Supply Chain Performance Management team is a highly visible group that is focused on measuring, analyzing and improving the operational effectiveness of the supply chain in our dynamic organization. This transformative role will have the opportunity to collaborate across IMS Sectors and cross-functional teams, improve processes and gain hands-on experience in data analytics and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and track KPIs and other metrics
  • Develop and maintain performance reports and tools
  • Analyze supply chain performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and best practices
  • Conduct root cause analysis and develop and oversee corrective action implementation
  • Build and support scenario modeling and what-if analysis to guide decision making
  • Drive standardization and best practices across the Segment
  • Monitor and report on supply chain performance against targets and benchmarks
  • Support the development and implementation of supply chain strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs and mitigate risks
  • Lead and manage end-to-end supply chain projects, from initiation to execution and post implementation review
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior management
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in supply chain management

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Analytics, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, PowerBI)
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices
  • Demonstrate project management experience

Preferred:

  • Master’s degree or MBA in Supply Chain / Operations or related
  • Knowledge with process improvement methodologies (Six Sigma)
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP)
  • Experience in automation, supply chain analytics or advanced analytics
