Job Description:

• Assist in developing strategies for the implementation of CI.
• Review documentation related to policies, procedures, and standard work.
• Collect and maintain CI records for the work area, including recording scores, creating action lists, participating as necessary, and investigating and documenting issues.
• Collect data about current processes, flows, and improvement opportunities.
• Support production lines in meeting desired production goals on time and on budget. 
• Identify waste in processes and work to remove it. 
• Work closely with the operations team to establish work standards.

Qualifications:

• To be eligible, applicants must be pursuing a Master’s Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering or a related field or have completed their Master’s degree within the last 12 months, regardless of age.
