Job Description:
As a Business Development Operations Business Intelligence (BI) analyst, you will develop and implement interactive dashboards to be used by the Strategy and Business Development teams on which they will base their decisions.  You will participate in the discussion, planning and execution of key performance indicators and interactive dashboards.  You will answer data calls by leadership and provide analysis and recommendations.

Essential Functions:
•    Create dashboards and data strategies for internal teams
•    Collaborate with team members to collect and analyze data
•    Establish Key Performance Indicators to measure the effectiveness of business decisions
•    Structure large data sets to find usable information
•    Work with a team of analysts and other associates to process information
•    Create presentations and reports based on recommendations and findings
•    Offer coaching and support to internal BI contributors to develop their autonomy and raise their level of BI maturity.

Qualifications:
•    Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 12 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of prior related experience. 
•    5 years of experience with database analysis and data visualization tools

Preferred Additional Skills:
•    Able to work under consultative direction against annual goals and objectives.
•    Able to manage large, complex project initiatives, involving cross-functional teams.
•    Able to analyze problems to seek understanding of the root cause of the problem.
•    Able to recommend new products, processes, policies, standards or operating plans in support of job function strategy.
•    5 years of experience with SQL or similar databases and Power BI or Tableau
•    Experience with business development and capture processes

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is $1139,500-$259,500. The salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, and Vermont is $121,500-$225,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
