Job Description:

We have an exciting opportunity to join L3Harris team as a Lead Financial Analyst. Duties of the job include: 

• Serve as lead systems administrator for the FCSTGov tool across the IMS1 entity
• Automate/Oversee IMS1 FCSTGov actual load ​
• Standardize IMS1 FCSTGov actuals approach ​
• Manage FCSTGov kickouts/mapping new projects
• Maintain and reconcile FCSTGov IT Report ​
• Maintain FCSTGov to HFM alignment for C5 and USS IMS1 Divisions 
• Standardize / Automate System Company program reconciliation and inclusion into FCSTGov ​
• Automate topside inclusion into FCSTGov​
• Standardize FCSTGov Product Line / Major Project / Project architecture for IMS1 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business, Accounting, Finance, or related analytical field and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience, or Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.
• Demonstrated strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications specifically Excel.

Preferred Additional Skills:

• Detail oriented with ability to multi-task and prioritize competing demands in a fast paced environment.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• MBA or CPA preferred
• Knowledge of government contracts, funding profiles, sales outlook and variance analysis preferred.
• Experience with contracts such as CPAF, CPFF, T&M, FFP, etc
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to obtain Secret security clearance.
• Certifications such as PMP, EVMP or similar

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in Colorado State, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Vermont and New York State is $90K-167K.  For California, New Jersey, Seattle, Washington D.C., Maryland Greater Washington D.C. area, the city of Denver, Washington State and New York City, the salary range for this role is $103K-192K.  This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
