Job Description:

Essential Functions:
- Analyzing RFPs in depth, identify risks, and craft compelling proposals in a fast-paced environment.
- Aligning contracts with company policies, legal requirements, and customer expectations.
- Negotiating contracts to secure favorable terms and outcomes.
- Building strong relationships and enhancing team dynamics.
- Liaise between L3Harris and customers to facilitate effective communication and contractual action.
- Working with cross functional teams to evaluate performance costs, performance, and delivery schedules to ensure contract accuracy and completeness.
- Managing change processes in dynamic environments, coordinating with internal teams, and preserving rights for adjustments.
- Demonstrating independent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Contribute strategic insights to drive continuous business improvement.
- Prioritizing tasks with urgency to meet multiple deadlines and customer commitments.
- Advising management on contractual rights and obligations to protect company interests.
- Maintaining detailed records for all contracts managed.
- Clearly presenting information to various stakeholders, including management.
- Acting as a stand-in for the Sr. Manager as needed, upholding leadership standards.
- Eligibility to obtain a Top Secret clearance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.
- Active Secret security clearance
Preferred Additional Skills:
- Experience and knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), Export Administration Regulations (EAR), and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), ensuring compliance and strategic guidance in complex contractual environments.
