In this role, you will support the Program Manager in overseeing and coordinating all aspects of the Robotics program. Essential Functions:

 

• Responsible for ensuring the program’s schedule stays on track and key milestones are completed
• Brief and interact with customers, users, and upper management on all facets of the program
• Collaborate with Finance for EVMS data collection, financial and manpower forecasting, reporting, and variance justification
• Lead the integration of the program integrated master schedule (IMS) and track progress
• Assist and/or lead pursuit activities with Business Development including shaping business cases and managing internal funds for pursuit activities
• Support the program’s schedule and completion of key milestones
• Assist with monitoring the program’s performance

 

Qualifications:

 

• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience; Or, Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years or prior related experience; Or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience
• 10% travel may be required to support customer requirements

 

Preferred Additional Skills:

 

• CAM/IPTL experience
• Engineering background
• Experience with DoD contract execution
• Experience with COBRA/EVMS
• PMP Certification or PLS training
• Ability to support occasional overtime work, including evenings, weekends and holidays as needed to meet business objectives
• Experience with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
• Working knowledge of system-level requirements, design practices, hardware specification, and development is desired
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
