Job Description:

In this role, you will provide technical/administrative support to the Quality Department. Performs Document Control (Quality Configuration Operations) supporting multiple programs. Communicates with contacts typically within and outside the department on matters that involve obtaining or providing information requiring explanation or interpretation to understand and reach an agreement.

 Essential Functions:

• Reviews large quantities of technical documentation for both completion and accuracy, ensuring that performance and quality products conform to established company and regulatory standards.
• Routinely interfaces with customer and government representatives.
• Approves production records for conformance to procedures.
• Position requires extensive computer data input and requires the candidate to be proficient with computers.
• Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance.

• High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of prior administrative/manufacturing experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior administrative/manufacturing experience.  

Preferred Additional Skills:

• Ability to follow detailed instruction and prioritize work with minimal peer review.
• High Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products is preferred.
• Expertise with process flows associated with manufacturing planning is desired.
• Ability to work in a team environment is strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of Quality Configuration Operations practices and principles are desired.
