Job Description:
The Imaging Systems Division is seeking a Program Finance Lead responsible for managing the financial control of various programs in Northampton, MA. This role will be responsible for partnering with program managers and cross-functional teams to drive financial program execution, establish and maintain program financial plan, and perform detailed financial analysis to provide insight into cost and schedule health on a program.
Essential Functions:
- Lead program financials including development of time-phased integrated budgets and schedules, Earned Value (EV) data compliance and reporting, cost accounting and overseeing of cost and schedule integration
- Previous experience with COBRA
- Development of quarterly EACs; analyze/assist in accurate projection of Estimate to Complete (ETC), Estimate at Complete (EAC) and Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) data
- Ensure program EAC adherence to L3 Harris AC-13 and PM-05 policies. Evaluate, make recommendations and implement corrective actions where gaps exist
- Development and review of time-phased budgets; establishment of key performance metrics and milestones; ongoing reporting of Program(s) cost and schedule variances; investigation of financial irregularities; financial program compliance; prepare milestone invoices and analyze program cash forecast.
- Partner with and provide guidance to Program Managers, Technical Leads, and Division/Sector leadership related to financial performance
- Responsible for influencing day-to-day execution of all financial activity related to Programs, Proposals, Reviews, including the development of strategies necessary to achieve program financial goals
- Partner with IPT members to execute baselining, Estimate to Completion (ETC), and change management processes.
- Self-motivated and strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively work with people of all levels within the organization
- Ability to proactively solve complex problems and issues in a timely manner with limited supervision
- Strong sense of initiative, independence, closure, with ability to navigate multiple priorities within tight-deadlines
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field and requires a minimum of 9 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and minimum of 7 years prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years prior related experience.
- Demonstrated strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Preferred Additional Skills:
- Previous experience with SAP
- Knowledge of cost/schedule development, budgeting, financial analysis and forecasting
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $105,500-196,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
