Job Description:  

L3 Harris is seeking an experienced Sr. Supervisor, Operations Management to join our Norfolk, VA team. 

Essential Functions:

·       Direct all work performed in productions areas to meet production goals to include safety, quality, delivery and cost.

·       Execute production schedules based on product demand, equipment efficiency/availability and inventory.

·       Track and manage manufacturing order utilizing an Engineering and Manufacturing Resource Planning System.

·       Track, record, and report operational metrics and statistical process control measures.

·       Manage team performance, development, training and timekeeping.

·       Ensures adherence to company policies and procedures within the workforce. 

Qualifications:  

• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 6 years prior relevant Operations Management experience or Graduate degree with 4 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related Operations Management experience in a manufacturing environment.
