Job Description:

As a network control associate at L3Harris Technologies, you will be responsible for accuracy of data reporting to program and customer. You will assist Maintenance lead in preparing & updating all trackers.

Essential Functions:

• Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources.
• Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and visualizations for stakeholders.
• Support business teams with data-driven recommendations.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics.
• Validate data accuracy and maintain data quality standards.
• Assist in building and improving data models and processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs.
• Automate routine reports and improve reporting efficiency.

Qualifications:

• B. Tech / B.E in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics and Communication, or related engineering field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, or similar tools).
• Basic understanding of data visualization techniques.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to interpret complex data into actionable insights.
