Job Requirements:

This position in the Targeting and Sensor Systems (TSS) Sector of the (IMS) Integrated Mission Systems Segment will join a Contracts team that supports a diverse business area, with Customers from various USG Departments and Agencies, as well as large and small business Prime Contractors.

Minimum Qualifications:

·         BA/BS and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience

·         Experience with FAR, DFAR, ITAR, EAR, CAS

·         Experience with using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc) 

·         Team player who is a problem solver and self-starter

·         Excellent presentation skills, strong analytical abilities and self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision.

·         Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance

Preferred Skills (beyond required):

·         Strong knowledge of regulations including Uniform Commercial Code (UCC), the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), FAR supplements (e.g. DFARS) and other agency regulations.

·         The qualified individual must be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships and communications with all internal and external customers.

·         Experience in providing business, contractual and risk mitigation strategies to support the needs of the program.

·         Experience in all aspects of the contract life cycle including, contracts administration, proposal preparation and close-out.

·         Demonstrated ability to develop customer relationship, provide RFP shaping/analysis and have participated in proposal development and bid strategy.  

·         Familiarity with International Agreements and Terms and Conditions.

·         Ability to handle multiple assignments and achieve program goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

·         Negotiation experience

·         Demonstrated business acumen/finance experience

·         Demonstrated ability to build relationships

·         Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must
