Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced OT Network Project Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of Operational Technology (OT) networks, acting as the crucial liaison between our OT and IT departments. This is a hands-on technical role that requires a deep understanding of OT network infrastructure, equipment installation, and integration with IT systems.

 

Essential Functions:

  • Lead the design, planning, and implementation of OT network projects as part fo a larger program team.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones and objectives are met.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between OT and IT teams serving in a limited level 1 support role.
  • Develop detailed technical designs for OT networks, ensuring they meet both operational and security requirements.
  • Oversee the installation, configuration, and integration of OT network equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between OT and IT departments.
  • Translate technical requirements and constraints between OT and IT teams to ensure mutual understanding and alignment.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to both OT and IT teams during project execution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.

 

Preferred Additional Skills:

  • Technical and hands on knowledge of OT network architecture, protocols, hardware, and software.
  • Experience with industrial control systems (ICS), SCADA systems, and other OT/Manufacturing environments.
  • Proven ability to lead complex projects and coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Hands-on experience with network installation and troubleshooting.
  • Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills for IT and OT networks.

 

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $90,000- $167,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
