Compensation Range: Between $70,000 - $120,000 CDN annually

Essential Functions: 

The Senior Specialist, Quality will primarily support the A330 program and will be responsible for the following activities:

• Enhanced quality surveillance at the A330 maintenance supplier;
• Verification of compliance with torque tool qualification processes;
• Assessment of calibration, maintenance, and tool control program compliance;
• Execution of process audits and targeted verifications;
• Validation of corrective actions implemented by the supplier;
• Follow-up of non-conformances and root cause analysis;
• Daily interface with the supplier's quality, operations, and technical teams;
• Preparation of surveillance reports and recommendations to management;

Qualifications: 

• Requires strong knowledge of job area. Typically viewed as having a specialty within discipline. May have broad knowledge of project management. Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Must be eligible for registration with the Controlled Goods Program;
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a government of Canada Reliability status and Secret Level 2/NATO Secret security clearance;
• Must be eligible to meet the requirements for U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
