Compensation Range: Between $88,500 - $138,500 CDN annually

 

We are seeking a dynamic SAP PS Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will act as a key integrator, ensuring seamless collaboration between the PS module and other SAP modules such as SD (Sales & Distribution), CS (Customer Services), MM (Materials Management), and CO (Controlling). You will play a pivotal role in analyzing business needs, designing solutions, and supporting our internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

 

Essential Functions:

  • Analyze and resolve incident tickets, problems, and change requests.
  • Recommend best practices and propose value-added solutions tailored to business needs.
  • Gather and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
  • Support planning and effort estimation for activities and deliverables.
  • Actively participate in workshops and contribute to solution design.
  • Translate operational requirements into functional specifications and oversee configuration/development documentation.
  • Configure and document the SAP PS module.
  • Prepare and execute integrated testing, including test case creation and validation with internal clients.
  • Provide training to super-users on new developments and enhancements.

 

Qualifications: 

  • College or university degree in Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with the PS module of SAP ECC6.
  • Knowledge of other SAP modules an asset.
  • 1–3 years of project management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of project management tools, including scheduling and Earned Value techniques.
  • Excellent analytical, synthesis, and critical thinking skills, with proven leadership abilities.
  • Ability to design and promote optimal solutions to complex business challenges.
  • Strong team player with a client-focused mindset.
  • Highly organized, autonomous and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Fluency in French (spoken and written) with good proficiency in English.

 

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Must be eligible for registration with the Controlled Goods Program;
  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a government of Canada Reliability status and Secret Level 2/NATO Secret security clearance;
  • Must be eligible to meet the requirements for U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
