Job Description:
The Acoustic Systems Division is seeking a Senior Specialist of Program Finance to join our team in Millersville, MD. This role will be responsible for partnering with Program Managers, and cross-functional teams to provide financial leadership across program planning, execution, and performance measurement. Their role will perform monthly Earned Value, quarterly EACs, and weekly financial risk and opportunity assessment for Orders, Sales, Profit, and Cash.
Essential Functions:
- Partner with and provide guidance to Program Managers, Technical Leads, and Division/Sector leadership related to financial performance
- Development of quarterly EACs; analyze/assist in accurate projection of Estimate to Complete (ETC), Estimate at Complete (EAC) and Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) data
- Responsible for influencing day-to-day execution of all financial activity related to Programs, Proposals, Reviews, including the development of strategies necessary to achieve program financial goals
- Lead program financials including development of time-phased integrated budgets and schedules, Earned Value (EV) data compliance and reporting, cost accounting and overseeing of cost and schedule integration
- Partner with IPT members to execute baselining, Estimate to Completion (ETC), and change management processes.
- Ensure program EAC adherence to L3 Harris AC-13 and PMO-05 policies. Evaluate, make recommendations and implement corrective actions where gaps exist
- Perform risk assessments to identify and mitigate program cost and schedule risks
- Self-motivated and strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively work with people of all levels within the organization
- Ability to proactively solve complex problems and issues in a timely manner with limited supervision
- Strong sense of initiative, independence, closure, with ability to navigate multiple priorities within tight-deadlines
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering or related field and requires a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and minimum of 4 years prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years prior related experience.
- 6-10 years’ experience in Microsoft Office applications and demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Preferred Additional Skills:
- Previous experience with SAP and EVMS including COBRA
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in Colorado State, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Vermont and New York State is $76K-$141K. For California, New Jersey, Seattle, Washington D.C., Maryland Greater Washington D.C. area, the city of Denver, Washington State and New York City, the salary range for this role is $88-$164K. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
