Job Description:

The Workstream Lead for Supply Chain oversees the implementation and operational support of direct and indirect procurement and inventory management functionality. Responsibilities include: collaborating with cross-functional teams, designing and delivering innovative solutions to align with L3Harris business objectives, ensuring system stability and performance for production systems, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

 

Essential Functions:

  • Oversee daily operations and support for SAP Supply Chain modules (ex. MM, SD, PP, IM, and EWM) and integrated procurement systems, ensuring system stability and performance.
  • Lead and manage the Supply Chain workstream for a large SAP implementation project, including planning, execution, and post-implementation support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including business process flows, system configurations, and user manuals.
  • Monitor and manage system upgrades, patches, and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the SAP support team, including training, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
  • Provide project metrics to support the management of key project milestones and deliverables
  • Stay current with new technologies especially within SAP systems to align technologies with the L3Harris business direction
  • Build strong internal & external customer relationships by aligning system solutions to our changing business requirements

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 12 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of prior related experience.
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP supply chain management, with a proven track record of successful system implementations and support.

Preferred Additional Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal skill set, with capability of interfacing and forming strong business partnerships with CHQ, Segment, sector and division leadership and stakeholders.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to present complex topics to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience with development of technical solutions to complex problems and driving implementation.
  • Strong technical background in business operations – tools and processes.
  • Experience working within Purchasing and Material Managament and Master Data, Operations and Planning, and Inventory and Warehouse Management
  • Exposure to project management methodologies, including waterfall and Agile
  •          Strong knowledge of SAP supply chain modules (MM, SD, PP, WM) and familiarity with integration points with other SAP modules.
  •          Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective ERP solutions.
  •          Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  •          Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
