Job Description:
The Sr. Analyst, Oracle ERP will be the primary interface between IT and the business to identify requirements and translate into solutions that efficiently utilize existing ERP processes. The Sr. Analyst role will support the existing ERP production footprint, design enhancements, and solution new implementations where business needs necessitate them. This position will require deep knowledge of the Oracle ERP systems across multiple modules to be able to design solutions effectively.
Essential Functions:
- Stakeholder Collaboration and Communication: Define project scope with stakeholders, effectively communicate designs, prioritize requests, and act as a liaison between IT and the business.
- Supplier Management: Guide and manage the performance of the managed service provider to ensure alignment with organizational goals and service-level agreements.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build strong internal & external customer relationships by aligning system solutions to meet our changing business requirements.
- Support the implementation of additional functionality for large ERP implementation projects, including system upgrades, enhancements, patches, and new module rollouts.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including functional specifications and process flows.
- Recommends, develops, and documents effective value-add processes and procedures that ensure consistency and compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field with 9 years of relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in ERP configuration and implementation, with a focus on PeopleSoft or Oracle EBS. This includes a proven track record of leading complex projects with a comprehensive knowledge of ERP processes and data structures.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is $99,500-$184,500. The salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, and Vermont is $114,000-$212,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
