Job Description:

HR Process Development is a member of the larger HR Service Excellence organization, responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing effective HR processes. The Process Development team seeks to improve the way we do work within the HR function through eliminating non-value add work and implementing automation, standardization, or centralization to support our mission to attract, engage, retain, and develop a talented workforce and enable them to achieve our customer missions and drive improvements for all stakeholders – customers, shareholders and employees. This role requires a critical thinker with a strong understanding of HR functions and the ability to create scalable processes that enhance the employee experience and operational efficiency – always exploring the art of the possible.

Essential Functions:

  • Expand the services of PeopleOperations through process evaluation, scoping, analysis, design, and documentation
  • Lead the expansion of PeopleOperations internationally to include process evaluation / standardization / absorption, platform changes, training, and change management
  • Collaborate with PeopleOperations leaders and fulfillers to deeply understand processes, opportunities, and challenges
  • Collaborate with HR team members and cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and understand the impact of process changes
  • Design and document new HR processes, incorporating best practices and innovative solutions to meet the evolving needs of the organization
  • Develop implementation plans for new processes, including timelines, resources needed, and metrics for success measurement
  • Facilitate training sessions and create user guides to ensure smooth adoption of new processes across the organization
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of implemented processes, making adjustments as necessary to optimize performance
  • Stay informed on the latest HR trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements to ensure processes remain current and compliant
  • Assist with leading special projects and initiatives

Qualifications:  

  • Masters Degree with 2 - 4 years prior experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.

Preferred Additional Skills:

  • Experience as HR generalist or specialist experience with a focus on or passion for HR systems, data integrity, HR transactions, and employee/customer experience.
  • Experience in project management, change management, and/or continuous improvement
  • Experience in and working knowledge of HRIS/HCM system, PeopleSoft is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Experience with collaboration and communication tools (Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
  • Strong communicator that can synthesize multiple sources of information to create clear, succinct responses.
  • Proven ability in navigating and handling sensitive/confidential HR/employee information

 

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is [$61,500.00 MIN - $114,500.00 MAX]. The salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, and Vermont is [$54,000.00 MIN - $100,00.00 MAX]. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
