Job Description:

The L3Harris Corporate HR Team has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Specialist, Total Rewards. This position will lead non-Executive Compensation activities and perform a broad range of HR Analytics and HR program management duties within the Corporate Center of Excellence team. The role offers the chance to identify and implement process improvements for HR processes, support strategic initiatives, and recommend solutions to business challenges based on relevant data analysis, all while partnering closely with HR Business Partners and the Total Rewards team.

Primary responsibility for this role includes, though are not limited to:

  •          Ensure compliance with the company’s overall HR policies and provide partnership and guidance to Corporate HR business partners on matters related to Compensation, HRIS, Data Analytics, and Employee Recognition
  •          Lead and project manage HR initiatives, including but not limited to salary planning, incentive planning and payout, and other compensation-related activities
  •          Enhance operational effectiveness and recommend improvements for Corporate Headquarters (CHQ) Total Rewards processes to drive greater efficiency and achieve measurable improvements
  •          Contribute to enterprise-wide strategic initiatives that support the business through relevant data analysis
  •          Lead HR data analytics and reporting efforts for the Corporate segment. This includes applying analytics, translating insights, and collaborating with functional leaders and HR business partners to drive impact and improvement
  •          Represent Corporate HR on enterprise-level councils and project teams related to compensation and analytics

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience in compensation, HR analytics, finance or relevant areas

Preferred Additional Skills:

  • Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; must be able to effectively use excel for reporting and data analysis (Pivot Tables, V-lookups, If statements, and advanced formulas)
  • Six Sigma Green Belt Certification preferred
  • Ability to manage large datasets to develop and drive effective and efficient solutions
  • Experience in managing complex projects with various team members and stakeholders
  • Strong business and financial acumen and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with impeccable attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and effective written communication
  • Capable of handling confidential information with sensitivity
  • Strong customer service, multi-tasking, analytical, and prioritization skills
  • Strong bias for action, a keen sense of urgency and the ability to drive results
