Essential Functions:
- Assist in the design, deployment, and management of applications in a cloud environment (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Help maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines to support continuous integration and deployment.
- Support and participate in all phases of the software development life cycle, including requirements analysis, design, implementation, integration, and test.
- Participate in peer reviews, identify, track and repair defects.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues in collaboration with senior team members.
- Support the implementation of security best practices.
- Java, JavaScript, JQuery, XML, Web services (REST, SOAP) and/or similar technologies.
- Scripting languages, such as Python and Bash.
Qualifications:

Master's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Wireless Engineering, Information Security, Mathematics, Digital Arts & Sciences or related field

Ability to obtain and maintain an FAA public trust clearance
Preferred Skills:

One or more of the following: C++, C#, C, Java, Ruby, JEE, HTML5, XML, SQL, Qt, Windows, .NET, Unix, Linux, SOA, RTOS, Real-Time Controls, Wireless, Software Security, Robotics, OOA/OOD, Hadoop, Android, Embedded Systems

Knowledge of object-oriented techniques.

Basic understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

General Knowledge of Software Engineering processes.

Demonstrated strong communication (written and verbal) through coursework, extra-curricular activities, or professional environments.

Experience handling multiple tasks with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with DevOps tools and concepts, including but not limited to: Jira, Confluence, GitLab, Git, Nexus, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines & automation.
- Ability to comfortably work under Windows and Linux environments.
