The Mission Networks Managed Services Division FTI Program is seeking a Program Manager to drive success in program operations, customer satisfaction, and financial performance. Essential Functions:
• Drive Vision: Spearhead various program areas including expansion initiatives, performance execution, subcontractor relations, resource planning, and business pursuits
• Strategize for Success: Develop and implement strategies to influence program direction, ensuring both program and business triumphs
• Collaborate and Communicate: Engage directly with customers, management, and cross-functional teams to drive program success; Communicate within and outside of your function or business area, including external parties such as customers and vendors
• Innovate and Solve: Tackle complex problems with innovative solutions, considering variables that impact multiple areas of our organization; Make moderate to substantial improvements to systems and processes to enhance performance
• Manage Projects: Oversee large projects or processes, both inside and outside your immediate job area; Provide guidance, coaching, and training to other employees; Delegate work and review work products to ensure quality and efficiency
• Drive Business Objectives: Identify and seize new business opportunities by understanding customer needs and requirements; Manage cost, schedule, and technical performance throughout the program’s lifecycle; Employ Earned Value Management for effective program planning and control
• Foster Collaboration: Create a collaborative work environment to achieve business objectives; Ensure the availability of resources such as engineering, manpower, production, and facilities; Contribute to the development of departmental goals and planning efforts (budgets, operational plans, etc.)
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience; Or, Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience; Or, in lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
Preferred Skills:
• Proven experience in cross-functional, collaborative environments
• In-depth knowledge of the Federal Government budget and authorization process
• Familiarity with FAA, Department of Defense, and/or US Intelligence Community Programs
• Direct experience in customer interactions to define mission needs and translate requirements
• Exceptional ability to prioritize tasks and manage a dynamic workload
• Strong presentation skills, capable of conveying findings to diverse audiences
• Experience in managing multiple concurrent projects with competing deadlines
• Analytical thinker with the ability to provide in-depth analysis and recommendations
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented with excellent collaboration and influence skills
• Strong business acumen and written communication skills
• Expertise in forecasting, investment strategy, standard estimating, budgeting practices, capture planning, and proposal development
