The Broadband Communication Systems sector of L3Harris is seeking a dynamic Program Management candidate to support a large-scale satellite communications (SATCOM) program. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day program activities, including identifying and mitigating risks, addressing potential issues promptly to keep projects on track, and ensuring that our innovative solutions meet the highest quality standards while achieving program objectives. Essential Functions:

• Overseeing day-to-day program activities to ensure smooth execution and progress of a key production program.
• Lead the identification and management of risks to prevent potential issues from affecting program success.
• Assist in addressing and resolving potential issues promptly to keep projects on track.
• Assist in the planning and execution of change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions.
• Help prepare status updates and reports for program and business area leadership.
• Support the management of program budgets, track expenses, and help explain variances.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite of Products.
• Ability to obtain Security Clearance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior program management experience.

Preferred Additional Skills:

• Exposure to Government Contracting/Subcontracting is a plus.
• Basic understanding of budget management and financial forecasting, as well as earned value management.
