Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Principal Digital Experience Lead to spearhead the deployment, development, and optimization of digital experiences across all Windows PC platforms within our organization. This crucial position requires a blend of technical expertise and strategic vision to deliver seamless, high-quality user experiences through the effective implementation and integration of digital experience tools with enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Windows environments, a keen eye for UX design, and proven leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams, with extensive experience in working with digital experience tools.
Essential Functions:
- Lead Implementation:
- Spearhead the deployment and integration of the 1E Digital Experience (DEX) tool across the enterprise.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of DEX tools with existing enterprise systems.
- IT Efficiency:
- Drive improvements in IT efficiency by automating routine IT tasks and optimizing endpoint management, freeing IT teams to focus on strategic initiatives.
- User Experience:
- Enhance user experiences by ensuring rapid issue resolution and streamlined software deployment, minimizing disruptions, and ensuring a smooth, efficient user experience.
- Design the future of digital experience:
- Focus on reducing software distribution and licensing costs while improving productivity for the user base.
- Security and Compliance:
- Ensure real-time endpoint management to quickly identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities, maintaining compliance with organizational policies and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.
- 5 years of experience in digital experience management, IT operations, or a similar role.
Preferred Additional Skills:
- Extensive hands-on experience with 1E products or similar digital experience tools.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Robust technical skills related to IT environments, with in-depth knowledge of Windows operating systems.
- Proficiency in web analytics and performance monitoring tools such as Google Analytics and Microsoft Power BI.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
- Superior communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is $146,000-$271,000. The salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, and Vermont is $126,500-$235,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
