Job Description:

L3Harris is seeking a highly organized and collaborative Learning & Development professional to serve as the program manager for our enterprise manager training initiatives. This role focuses on driving execution of large-scale leadership development programs, redesigning online manager training content, and shaping and delivering the HR development strategy. This ideal candidate brings strong program management capabilities, a strategic mindset, and experience optimizing learning solutions at scale.

 

Essential Functions: 

  • Oversee planning, coordination, and execution of the enterprise-wide manager training program, ensuring milestones, resources, and stakeholders remain aligned.
  • Redesign and modernize online manager training content to ensure relevance, user engagement, and alignment with enterprise leadership expectations.
  • Conduct learning needs analyses, evaluate manager development programs, and develop data‑driven success measures to identify gaps, enhance program effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage and maintain training content within the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring seamless learner access and accurate program configuration.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to ensure alignment and effective communication of program objectives.
  • Manage relationships with external training vendors, including scoping needs, coordinating deliverables, and ensuring alignment with enterprise program objectives.
  • Promote and drive adoption of enterprise on‑demand learning resources to support continuous development and self‑service learning.
  • Execute the HR development strategy while also leading strategic planning to strengthen future HR capability.
  • Stay informed on learning and development best practices and emerging technologies to continuously strengthen enterprise learning solutions.
  • Complete other Learning & Development-related duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.

  • Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-scale leadership or manager development programs.
  • Advanced program coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop and interpret program metrics.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage complex projects.
  • Proficiency with MS Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently.
  • High attention to detail and strong follow-through.
