Job Description:

L3Harris is seeking a dedicated and experienced Talent Management professional to join the Enterprise Talent Enablement group. This role is focused on leading talent management projects and initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating executive talent reviews, executive orientation, and leading initiatives to enhance our leadership pipeline.

Essential Functions: 

  • Manage and execute talent management initiatives and projects that align with the company’s strategic objectives.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of comprehensive talent management strategies and programs.
  • Partner with functional leads to design and implement impactful programs and tools to close leadership gaps and support succession planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Manage projects effectively and efficiently, ensuring prioritization and continuous improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for programs and initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain standard process documentation.
  • Conduct research and provide recommendations on best practices and innovative talent management solutions.
  • Analyze talent metrics and data to inform decision-making and measure the effectiveness of talent initiatives.
  • Lead the enterprise executive talent review process, from planning and execution to post-review follow-up.
  • Organize and manage executive orientation programs, coordinating between facilitators and participants to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Lead and manage special talent management projects as assigned, ensuring they are completed on time and align with the company's strategic goals.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.

 

Preferred Additional Skills:

  • Experience in talent management with a proven track record of managing programs and initiatives.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage projects effectively
  • Efficiency in MS Office software products like Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work as a solid contributing member of a team as well as operate independently.
