Job Description:
A highly skilled and experienced IT business analyst is sought to design and manage our Intranet Mynexus solution. The analyst should align business requirements and strategic objectives. This role includes translating business needs into technical solutions, overseeing design, collaborating with teams and stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure employee experience platform.
Essential Functions:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical designs
- Design scalable, secure, and maintainable architectural solutions for Mynexus
- Select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and platforms, including cloud services
- Create and maintain technical documentation and implementation plans
- Provide technical guidance to development teams
- Ensure integration of new applications with existing systems
- Identify and mitigate technical risks
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Ensure applications comply with security standards and development guidelines
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements
- Working closely with our Corporate Communications team to ensure our Intranet solution meets the needs of our employees
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.
- 5+ years of experience in IT custom application development

- Experience with Agile development methodologies or DevOps practices
- Experience with requirements gathering, translating to technical implementations
- Proficiency in designing technology solutions and various development tools such as HTML and CSS.
- Familiar with Dozen and/or SiteCore
- Familiar with SharePoint
- Familiar with working with end users to troubleshoot technical issues
- Experience with Azure GCC High Cloud
In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is $99,500-$184,500. The salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, and Vermont is $114,000-$212,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
