Job Description:

L3Harris is seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to lead the Employee Experience workstream with the Talent Enablement group. This role is focused on enhancing our employee engagement and experience through a variety of programs and lifecycle surveys. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating engagement surveys, managing vendor relationships, and leading initiatives to improve the employee experience throughout their employment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute employee experience initiatives that foster a positive work culture, collaborating with the employee experience council to ensure alignment of programs with overall business goals.
  • Lead initiatives aimed at improving the new hire experience, from onboarding through the initial stages of employment, focused on integration into the company culture.
  • Coordinate and facilitate company-wide engagement and other lifecycle surveys, and action planning.
  • Analyze lifecycle survey feedback and attrition data to report insights and actionable suggestions to HR business partners.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services.
  • Chair the Employee Experience Council.
  • Measure the effectiveness of employee experience initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Provide accurate and comprehensive employee experience data and insights for internal and external reporting, such as external surveys and audit inputs.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 9 years of prior related experience or Graduate Degree with 7 years of prior related experience in Human Resources, Business Management or equivalent area. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.

  • Experience in employee engagement with a proven track record of managing programs and initiatives.
  • Ability to lead a team.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage projects effectively.
  • Efficiency in MS Office software products like Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work as a solid contributing member of a team as well as operate independently.
