Job Description:
- As a member of the Corporate Strategy team, this position plays an important role in shaping the strategic direction of the company
- Drives and supports the company’s strategic planning process including, initial organization, process planning and execution, business reviews, executive leadership engagement, among other related responsibilities
- Maintains a keen awareness and acumen around disruptive technologies, emerging trends, innovation and competitors to leverage in creation of growth plans
- Provides on-going research, analysis and recommendations in support of strategic growth initiatives, as well as manages commercial consulting projects and deliverables
- Skilled in analytical methods, producing fact-based, logical hypothesis and scenarios with well-thought-out conclusions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, including the use of Microsoft-PowerPoint to convey analysis and recommendations to stakeholders and company executives
- Involved in M&A process including due diligence, industry and technology reviews, and capability support
Essential Functions:
- Supports L3Harris’ Annual Joint Strategic Planning (JSP) process
- Liaise, collaborate and maintain strong working relationships with key personnel from each business sector/segment while efficiently managing project resources
- Manages strategy and technology projects including, but not limited to, emerging trends and technologies, portfolio analysis, domestic and international markets, R&D, strategic and operational metrics, industry consolidations and other matters
- Assists with the development and implementation of corporate and business segment strategic growth initiatives
- Works effectively as a contributing team member of the Corporate Strategy team
- Travel up to 20%
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Economics or Engineering or other related quantitative field with 9 years prior experience, Graduate Degree with 7 years prior experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience in related experience

- Aerospace and defense industry experience
- Pragmatic with a strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal communication skills
- A fast learner with the ability to take initial direction and self-manage to complete assignments on time and to expectations
- Results-oriented, takes ownership to deliver independent and collective outcomes
- Demonstrates a highly analytical work ethic/approach
- Highly collaborative team player
- Strong project management skills, including demonstrated ability to think end-to-end and manage multiple priorities/projects simultaneously
- Very strong (well above average) MS-Excel and MS-PowerPoint skills
