The Human Resources (HR) Summer Intern (Master’s / MBA), is an opportunity designed to provide you with development, experiences, and connections to prepare you for a full-time HR role with L3Harris. You will own high-impact projects that deliver meaningful value for our organization. Successful interns may have the opportunity to join L3Harris full-time upon graduation as an HR Leadership Development Program (HRLDP) Associate or in a direct hire role outside of HRLDP.
Your internship experience will include:
- Own high-impact projects, providing recommendations and plans for implementation.
- Present on projects, learnings, and recommendations.
- Pairing with a buddy to guide you through your onboarding and throughout the internship.
- Internship assignments will be shared by early 2026. They will be located in the U.S.
- The HR Summer Internship (Master’s / MBA) is the primary entry point to joining HRLDP. Interns that are selected for, and join, HRLDP would participate in three, 12-month HR rotations that cut across businesses and U.S. locations. (Please note: If offered a full-time position following your internship, the offer may be for a position outside of HRLDP.)
Qualifications:
- Pursuing Master’s or MBA with focus in HR management, organizational psychology, or related field, with anticipated graduation in December 2026 or Spring/Summer 2027.
- Geographically mobile within the U.S. for your internship and a full-time position (if offered) are required. Only those who are geographically mobile to work anywhere for the entirety of HRLDP (up to four moves in three years) will be considered for the program. (Relocation assistance provided for each required move.)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint.
- U.S. citizen.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is [$42,640.00 MIN - $85,280.00 MAX]. The salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, and Vermont is [$37,440.00 MIN - $74,880.00 MAX].. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
