L3Harris is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Talent Management leader to transform our talent strategies and drive impactful initiatives for our 45,000 employees worldwide. Reporting directly to the VP of Talent, you will lead a talented team and play a crucial role in building and leading cutting-edge initiatives within our corporate Talent Management function. 

 

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and project management skills. This role provides significant exposure to senior leaders within the organization and external vendors, offering excellent opportunities for career growth and development. 

 

Specific Responsibilities Include: 

  • Lead enterprise succession planning and annual talent review processes. Primary ownership for CEO-level reviews, in partnership with HRBPs and segment talent partners.  
  • Enhance and manage tools and resources to support talent identification and succession planning efforts. Drive enterprise-wide consistency through processes and systems. 
  • Oversee enterprise 360 assessment process and ensure that HR colleagues are trained to debrief and coach on feedback. Partner with internal and external coaches to support the development of high-potential and executive leaders. 
  • Own employee experience strategy, including lifecycle surveys, reporting and analysis of results. Lead employee engagement strategy, including surveys, manager action planning process and enterprise action-taking.  
  • Lead enterprise New Hire Orientation and Onboarding programs for all employees and executives, in partnership with key stakeholders. 
  • Lead the performance management process, aligned with strategic business objectives.  
  • Own enterprise talent communications, ensuring relevant content, tools, and resources are available to HR partners, managers and employees. 
  • Manage vendor relationships within assigned space and identify opportunities to streamline and gain efficiencies. 

 

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 12 years of prior related experience, or Graduate Degree with a minimum of 10 years of related experience. In lieu of a degree, 16 years of relevant experience. 

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • MBA or Advanced Degree in Human Resources preferred. 
  • Expertise in talent management, executive development, and organizational effectiveness. 
  • Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional projects while managing multiple stakeholders. 
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint). 
  • Strong analytical skills and a keen attention to detail. 
  • Prior experience as an HR Business Partner or in multiple HR disciplines.
