Job Description:   

L3Harris is seeking a highly motivated and analytical associate who thrives in a fast‑paced environment to play a pivotal role in supporting the sales organization. Key responsibilities include driving operational efficiency, streamlining operations, supporting complex sales cycles, enhancing productivity, and contributing to orders growth ensuring adherence to industry regulations and internal processes. This role partners closely with Sales, Contracts, Finance, and Program Management to optimize workflows, maintain accurate orders and pipeline data, and enable data‑driven decision‑making. Essential Functions: 

• Manage order fulfillment by processing product and service orders, ensuring accurate forecast updates and alignment with customer delivery needs. 

• Create internal purchase requisitions to support product build requests and keep operations on schedule. 

• Track production time fences to ensure timely release of specifications and prevent manufacturing delays. 

• Coordinate global product demonstrations, overseeing logistics, setup, shipment, and execution in support of business development. 

• Support budgeting and forecasting by estimating project costs, tracking spend, and providing monthly budget updates for demo and sales initiatives. 

• Maintain accurate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) data in partnership with the Business Development team, including opportunities and demonstration records. 

• Serve as a communication hub between Sales and cross‑functional partners such as Engineering, Logistics, Compliance, Bids & Proposals, Contracts, Program Management, and Demand Planning to keep projects moving and ensure timely order acceptance. 

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, process consistency, and overall sales support effectiveness. 

Qualifications: 

• To be eligible, applicants must be pursuing a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Mathematics or related field or have completed their bachelor's degree within the last 12 months, regardless of age.
