Job Summary: 

Develop broad Business Analyst skills across multiple business areas; including, Business Development, Business Program Management and Execution, and Corporate Facilities and Real Estate Management.Support teams in capture of requirements and business benefit for enhancements and projects.Support teams in service management for all Enterprise Business Solutions applications.  Duties include developing, executing, and reporting both weekly and monthly performance metrics, ticket analysis, license utilization, and overall service performance.Aid in developing standard operations and documentation standards across Enterprise Business Solutions. Serve critical role in execution of goal.  Through this process, develop deeper understand of all teams and business areas to become more proficient as a business analyst. 

Job Description:

  • Strong technical skills including understanding Key Information Technologies and how they are utilized.  Will help oversee teams that perform these functions.
  • Strong communications skills and comfort with giving presentation
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Self-starter and must be able to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities
  • Strong understanding of IT Operational domains; such as, Networking, Windows NT, and Security 

Qualifications:

  • To be eligible, applicants must be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or related field or have completed their Bachelor’s degree within the last 12 months, regardless of age.
