Job Title: Accounts Payable Customer Service Associate

Job Description:
As part of the Global Business Services team, this role is responsible for supporting and maintaining operational objectives within the Accounts Payable department for L3Harris. This includes providing responses to customer service tickets submitted by internal and external stakeholders. Conducting research on inquiries within multiple ERPs, reconciling vendor statements, and supporting key initiatives and projects.
Essential Functions:
- Invoice processing and exception handling
- Research and resolve AP invoice issues of all kinds
- Support and/or lead procure to pay projects as assigned
- Reconciliations and reviews "
- Collaborate with other functional groups as needed"
- Support e3 process improvement initiatives"
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field.
Preferred Additional Skills:
- Proven ability to consistently meet deadlines and targets.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Self-starter; willing to find sustainable solutions when set process is not readily available.
- Must be able to work with limited supervision.
- Microsoft Office suite of tools and Outlook skills required with an emphasis on Advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to gather and analyze information and resolve difficulties quickly.
- Large ERP (SAP & PeopleSoft) experience preferred.
