Job Description:

We are seeking an Associate of Finance to join the AE Sector Cost Planning team within the MSL segment of L3Harris. This role will work cross functionally with treasury, program teams, and shared services to support timely cash applications. This role will coordinate the setup of intercompany agreements and ensure appropriate agreements are in place and billing and accounting occur. Additionally, this role will perform some analysis and forecasting related to cash and/or operating expense items.  Lastly, this role will assist in recording some monthly accrual journal entries and performing some account reconciliations.

Essential Functions:

• Work cross functionally with treasury, program teams, and shared services to support timely cash applications
• Coordinate the setup of intercompany agreements and ensure appropriate agreements are in place and billing and accounting occur
• Perform some analysis and forecasting related to cash and/or operating expense items
• Assist in recording month end journal entry accruals
• Performing account reconciliations or expense accrual accounts
• Role may require limited travel – i.e., 10% travel days per year

Qualifications:

• To be eligible, applicants must be pursuing a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Mathematics or related field or have completed their bachelor's degree within the last 12 months, regardless of age.
