Job Description:

The Associate, Creative Services Video Producer position will work closely with the Sr. Manager of Creative Services Video, Photo and Live events to help drive L3Harris visual communications across diverse channels; including digital, web and social media, while driving cohesive storytelling efforts that educate and inspire audiences. The selected candidate should be passionate about storytelling and digital innovation. Constantly evolving their skills to utilize new and emerging technologies including virtual, artificial intelligence and live events. This role requires a keen eye for detail, proficiency in design software and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

The selected candidate will work with marketing communications, programs and engineering to capture, edit and create video content for tradeshows, product marketing, engineering demos, customer meetings and executive messaging used to promote L3Harris. The candidate will also be part of the production team that manages and produces live broadcasts from the L3Harris studio in Melbourne, FL.

Essential Functions:

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and other photo editing/processing software
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, visual effects and sound software
• Develop content for various social media platforms with understanding of social media content and video trends
• General understanding of the online video environment and online distribution
• Videography and video editing skills and experience with producing visual storytelling
• Experience in sound editing, color-correction, and lighting; will be responsible for all aspects of post-production
• Motion Graphic Skills
• Still photography skills, Ability to create content for various audiences in a clear, consistent, strategic manner
• Capture and edit video and sound projects, including selecting program format for final output, capturing/importing media, organizing raw media, editing footage and sound files, creating and inserting static and motion graphics, titling, adding music/voice-over/sfx, media management and archiving project media

• Script, storyboard, budget, allocate resources, set deadlines and select optimal forms of media for projects
• Available to travel to support capture efforts
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

Qualifications:

• To be eligible, applicants must be pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Bachelor’s Degree in Media Production, Film, Digital Media, Communications or have completed their Bachelor’s degree within the last 12 months, regardless of age. 

Preferred Additional Skills:

• Studio and live broadcast experience
