Job Description:
The Enterprise Operations Center is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and correcting monthly Service Level Agreement (SLA) data for several programs to ensure accuracy and compliance. This role involves leading customer meetings to discuss SLA reports, negotiating final acceptance, and leveraging data analysis for continuous improvement initiatives. This position provides direct leadership, management, and direction to the metrics and maintenance team.
Essential Functions:
- Collect and interpret data for program metrics (SLAs) and KPIs.
- Prepare monthly SLA reporting data and ensure accuracy by checking for discrepancies.
- Validate the integrity of SLA reports before sharing them with stakeholders.
- Present SLA findings, address concerns, and negotiate report acceptance with customers.
- Use advanced data analysis to enhance data analysis methods.
- Identify data patterns and communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Produce detailed reports on Network Operations Center (NOC) operations, telecommunications performance, and SLAs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data-driven strategies.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction with SLA outcomes.
- Mentor junior analysts and foster a culture of learning.
- Keep up with industry trends in data analysis methodologies.
- Oversee change coordination for efficient maintenance activities.
- Manage the Metrics and Maintenance team to meet My Florida Network-2 (MFN-2) SLAs and contracts.
- Address process deficiencies and lead improvement initiatives, including automation.
- Update or establish new data collection and analysis processes.
- Ability to obtain a FAA Public Trust Clearance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
Preferred Additional Skills:
- Proven experience with Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle direct customer engagement and high-pressure situations.
- Knowledge of and experience generating program reporting packages.
- Familiarity with telecommunications, network monitoring, and performance management tools.
