Job Description: 

Provides operational and administrative support for property management activities under the supervision of senior property professionals and program management staff. Maintains accurate records of government and customer property, ensuring compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and company policies. Assists in preparing reports related to property acquisition, tracking, transfer, utilization, and disposition, and ensures data integrity in property management systems. Supports property audits and assessments by conducting preliminary research, compiling documentation, and assisting in the resolution of discrepancies. Coordinates property transfers between programs and subcontractors, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to regulatory and contractual requirements. Assists in periodic physical inventories of property, reconciling inventory records, and identifying areas requiring corrective action. Monitors compliance with Government Property Clauses (FAR 52.245-1) by performing data traces, surveillance activities, and reviewing operational processes for adherence to standards. Provides support for program reviews, property system audits, and internal self-assessments by generating data summaries and presenting findings to senior property staff. Participates in training sessions to enhance understanding of government property regulations and company procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Requires broad theoretical job knowledge.
  • Bachelor’s Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.

  • MS Suite Experience
  • Inventory Control Experience
  • FAR/DFARS Knowledge
