Job Description:

The F-35 Avionics team is seeking a Program Finance Analyst to support the financial oversight of complex programs. In this role, the analyst will serve as a key business partner to Program Managers and cross-functional teams in developing and maintaining program financial plans. Responsibilities include performing analyses and preparing reports to ensure contracts remain within negotiated terms and government cost-control requirements. The analyst will prepare funding profiles, sales forecasts, cash flow projections, and variance analysis to help ensure financial objectives are achieved. In addition, the analyst will support the finance leadership team by analyzing performance data to identify early indicators of program health, reviewing and approving recommendations related to financial planning and control, monitoring adherence to approved budgets, and assisting with internal and external audits.

Essential Functions:

• Support programs including Cost Plus/Fixed Price, with contractual Earned Value (EVMS) reporting requirements.
• Preparation of EV deliverables, variance analysis for both internal management and customer.
• Change management, EAC analysis and reporting
• Orders, Revenue, Operating Income, and PWC forecasting and analysis
• Experience using PeopleSoft, COBRA, Hyperion, and advanced Excel skills
• Monitor and control cost.
• Interface with various levels of management, Program Office and functional departments to support programs
• Audit support
• Ability to obtain US Government clearance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.

• Working knowledge of Power BI and associated/similar tools
• Prior defense and aerospace industry experience
