Job Description:
Responsible for performing functions associated with all manufacturing operations, including working with engineers or engineering technicians in set-up and calibration tasks, troubleshooting, and quality testing related to the production of parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies including but not limited complex chemical application, torque, and soldering.
Essential Functions:
- Under general supervision, responsible for performing a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations on assemblies or sub-assemblies.
- Able to identify problems and issues in straightforward situations resulting in resolving in most issues. Intermediate comprehension and interpretation of a variety of technical specifications, including IPC knowledge, terms, and documents. Ability to complete less structured assignments determining and/or following methods and sequence of operations in performing chemical applications on components and modules.
- Must be flexible in supporting your current program needs by being readily available to flex between processes as necessary. Be able to support other programs whenever there is a business need. Fully participate/engage in team meetings with a positive attitude.
Qualifications:
- Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.

- Mechanical Assembly
- CCA, Module, and Top level build experience
- Avionics Manufacturing experience
- Able to move material (<15 pounds)
- Torque Skills
- Soldering experience
- Machine & Oven operation
- Computer skills
- Chemical application experience
