Job Description:

Manages, coordinates, and monitors assets on the production floor to ensure all products are in-date. Schedules asset calibration with production to avoid production downtime. Reviews and maintains asset list for 20+ test sets used on F-35/TR3 production. Maintains lab assets, ESD stations, chemical cabinets, and coordinates equipment repair / maintenance. May fulfill purchase request and inventory for common lab consumables and cables.

Essential Functions:

• Maintains all asset calibration in SunFlower Database.
• Reviews asset calibration, coordinates asset pickup / drop-off with calibration team.
• Schedules and manages asset removal from test sets to avoid production downtime.
• Manages chemical expiration dates and coordinates replacement with planning team.
• Receives, tracks, and manages chemical usage and disposition.
• Fill/replenish process equipment with chemicals/hazmat as required.
• Ensure proper marking/labeling of all chemical and hazardous waste containers.
• Lab Custodian duties as required, including monthly lab custodian checklist completion.

Qualifications:

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.
• Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance. 

Preferred Additional Skills:

• Working knowledge of inventory management and best practices.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, highly proficient in Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Must possess strong results and goal/deadline-oriented work ethic, high attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills – written and verbal.
• Experience with SunFlower asset tracking database.
• Experience with chemicals or haz waste.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to develop and bring to completion multiple assignments concurrently.
