Job Description:

Support the F-35 Hardware Delivery Team in the accurate and timely delivery of flight hardware from the Malabar, Florida production facility. The selected candidate will work as part of a team to ensure work standards are met and maintained, show an ability to prioritize multiple assignments to ensure schedules are met, and successfully perform the essential functions of the role.  

Essential Functions:

• Maintain 100% on time delivery rate for all F-35 Avionics contracts and all deliveries
• Assess executability of the schedule prior to PO acceptance
• Create & Maintain all Delivery Lists
• Review customer reports to ensure customer systems align with Harris DL
• Resolve PO/Delivery List mismatches
• Work with customers to get Delivery Dates/PO dates updated as needed
• Assess customer delivery change requests for executability
• Strategically manage shipping windows
• Accurately forecast shipments internally and externally
• Strategic planning for shipments across PAs
• Prioritizing shipments across PAs
• Report Delivery status to both internal team as well as internal and external customers.
• Work with the shipping/receiving team and customers to resolve shipping issues

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience or 2 years post-Secondary/ Associates Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Basic understanding of database applications (Access, Sunflower)

• Proven analytical and troubleshooting skills demonstrated by related work experience and under strict time limitations
