Job Description:
The Customer Care Center Quotation Support role is responsible for providing support to our PSPC customers and Sales team by preparing quotes and pricing utilizing Product Configuration and Microsoft tools. They will be part of a team currently creating 2,500 quotes annually totaling $300m. The specialist will work closely with sales representatives and customers to ensure timely, accurate pricing information and compliant with company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales support and customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Essential Functions:
- Create and deliver accurate and timely quotations for sales and customers, ensuring all information is complete
- Review product compatibility to meet customer requirements
- Review Contracts for pricing, terms & conditions along with specific customer pricing
- Ensure all quotes are compliant with company policies and procedures
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage daily workload while meeting required deadlines
- Supports L3Harris 9/80 work schedule and a Central Time Zone
- Be adaptable to changing work priorities and requirements
- Ability to identify and resolve issues related to quotes and pricing
Qualifications:
- HS Diploma or equivalent with 6 years prior experience, 2 year post-secondary/AA Degree and 2 years prior experience
Preferred Additional Skills:
- Experience in a sales support or customer service role
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with high level of accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
