Job Description:

L3Harris is seeking an Order Manager Support candidate responsible for coordinating with Finance, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Product Management, Sales and Contracts as needed to facilitate the entry of orders.  The role requires management of a shared email inbox, understanding of basic accounting principles, and the ability to work within standard business processes.  Daily tasks are mostly independent, driven by customer requests.  This position demands excellent organization and communication skills.

Essential Functions:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Advanced MS Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office products
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a team environment
  • Overtime as needed.   

Qualifications:

  • Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant order management experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior experience in Order Management.
