Job Description:

The CCC Order Manager will coordinate with Finance, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Product Management, Sales, Contracts and Customers as needed to facilitate the following as part of the Order Management process and will focus on our Ship/Bill Non-Project Orders.

Tasks Include:

  • Monitors  Backlog, Open Commitments and Return Material reports
  • Processes RMA’s (Return Material Authorizations), Debits, Credits, and Restocking fees
  • Meet established delivery requirements and facilitates coordination with Customer if needed
  • Confirm shipping terms align with purchase order. Coordinate to make adjustments when needed
  • Updates On-Time Delivery (OTD) and Customer Request Date (CRD) within the MRP system.
  • Updates Projected Ship date for Non Standard vendor/Standard vendor and Services with the MRP system.
  • Notifies Manufacturing of any Projected Ship Date updates to Production items

 Qualifications:

  • To be eligible, applicants must be pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply chain, or relevant field or have completed their Bachelor’s degree within the last 12 months, regardless of age.  

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Word, Excel and Adobe Acrobat Pro encouraged.

  • Strong written and oral skills.

  • Strong organizational skills.

  • Works well within a team and works well with multiple teams simultaneously.
