Job Description:

L3Harris is seeking a Logistics Analyst to support various contractual obligations, as well as support future capture opportunities.  The selected candidate is responsible for analytical support for military logistics and acquisitions, ongoing operator/maintenance training and development, providing recommendations regarding life cycle sustainment strategies, develop provisioning deliverables, support sustainment events such as maintenance contact teams and software updates within the Integrated Vision Solutions product portfolio.

Essential Functions:

  • Travel CONUS and OCONUS, ~30%.
  • Obtain a Passport, required visas, and security clearance.
  • Apply use of electro-optical or electronics equipment experience.
  • Provide recommendations to customers on how to maintain our products.
  • Developing, implementing, and delivering curriculum in accordance with applicable Government directives.
  • Apply written and verbal communication, and presentation skills.
  • Instructing and delivering training packages.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively in internal and external documents and presentations.
  • Apply computer skills inclusive of: Windows™ interface, Microsoft Office™ package (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.

Preferred Additional Skills:

  • Experience in operation of electro-optical or electronics equipment.
  • Experience working in or managing a maintenance organization.
  • Experience developing, implementing, and delivering curriculum in accordance with the US Government’s Systems Approach to Training (SAT) manual.
  • Experience as an instructor delivering training material. 
  • Combat experience using night vision devices.
  • Familiar with current military logistics support concepts/processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, and presentation skills.
  • Clear and effective communication in internal and external documents and presentations.
  • Experience interfacing with DOD and International customers.
