Job Description:

Integrated Vision Solutions (IVS) is seeking a highly motivated, operations-focused finance professional with strong business acumen to support its Londonderry, NH location. This role serves as the lead finance partner to site operations, planning, and leadership, ensuring alignment between financial objectives, business strategies, and operational execution.

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and reporting on all key financial aspects of the site, including cost, revenue, bids and proposals, operational KPIs, and working capital. In partnership with finance leadership and the Site General Manager, this role will provide insights and recommendations to support both daily decision-making and ongoing business planning.

Essential Functions:

• Work with planning, operations, supply chain, and accounting to ensure plan accuracy and alignment with financial targets
• Develop and manage financial forecasts associated with operating plans
• Conduct scenario analysis to support planning and leadership in decision making
• Identify risks and opportunities and develop actions to mitigate or realize
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators- including backlog, revenue, cash, GM/OI, and orders
• Prepare and present financial summaries to leadership
• Travel to/from Londonderry/Tempe once per fiscal quarter

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience in Finance.

Preferred Additional Skills:

• MBA or Graduate Degree strongly preferred
• Proficient in MS Excel and database analytics – to allow continuous improvement on tools and processes (i.e Pivot Tables, Business Intelligence (dashboards))
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills – focus on defining future scenarios and/or operational actions
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments
• Familiarity with Cognos, Costpoint and SharePoint, or similar
